What: WORK CIRCLES, practicing THE WORK OF BYRON KATIE
We will use the four questions and the turnaround to identify and question our stressful thoughts, beliefs, judgments and concepts that create pain and suffering in our lives.
“I made a mistake.” “ She should love me.” “ Life is hard.” “I need more money.”
All the stress that we feel is caused by arguing with what is. When we stop opposing reality, action becomes simple, fluid, kind and fearless. With THE WORK we can learn a simple way to clear the mind and move from fear to freedom, from anger to joy, and from confusion to clarity. Anyone with an open mind can do it.
These WORK CIRCLES are for everyone, new or familiar with THE WORK, who enjoys finding out and experiencing the truth! Any stressful thoughts and situations are welcome!
